Equally as important as these providing care, are the administrators who oversee the caregivers at Eve.

Every administrator at Eve possesses an expert working knowledge of the their field and is proactive in providing continuing education of our staff, staying apprised of current research and progressive protocols.

Alexis Bennett-Executive Director

Robert Kraus-Memory Care Director

After retiring from AT&T, Robert Kraus returned to school for his degree as a C.N.A. and started his 2nd career. He worked in this capacity for several years as well as assisting in senior activities. He feels blessed to have Eve Assisted as part of his home. He loves gardening, cooking/baking, hiking, guitar and spending time with family. He is excited because his career allows him to do everything he loves both at home as well as at Eve. He feels lucky to have two families!

Allison Mullings-Activity Director

Allison Mullings grew up in rural Iowa in the small town of Cherokee.  She attended the University of Iowa and graduated in 2013 as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist.  After graduation, she worked in Hospice and as an Activity Director for an Assisted Living in Iowa.  In the summer of 2015, she moved to the Chicago suburbs after getting married.  She loves traveling, cooking and being active outside.  She has enjoyed all the wonderful aspects Chicago has to offer. 

Scott Purtty-Executive Chef

Scott Purtty is the Executive Chef at Eve Assisted Living. He was born in Chicago Illinois and has been involved in foodservice and culinary industry for 26 years. Scott received his degree and culinary training at the Illinois Institute of Arts.   He worked for (LEYE) Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Restaurants, Shaw’s Crab House and Torpedo Joes. After several years, he became line cook / sous chef for the Four Points Sheraton, where he advanced in his theatrical culinary masterpieces under seasoned Chefs across the world.

In 2004,  Scott became the Food Service Director for  ManorCare serving the retirement community with a terrific attitude and a four star dining experience.  In his spare time he teaches the youth in inner city neighborhoods culinary skills and has a home studio where he produces his own music.

Ubair Siddiqui-Business Office Manager

Ubair Siddiqui is the Business Office Manager at Eve Assisted Living. He has 9 years of accounting and management experience, including investments, real estate and wealth management. In his current role, he is responsible for the day to day financial management of the community. 

Ubair Siddiqui is very passionate about helping others and race cars. He had planned on joining the Peace Corps but after graduation, he went into Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice to help local communities. Since the age of 13, he meticulously planned on obtaining all of his dream cars. 

He is happily married and being at Eve has allowed him to help people on a daily basis.  This is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding jobs he has ever had in his career!
