To live well, we must understand how our daily choices tie into our well-being. At Eve, our nutritional philosophy is to offer a range of healthy cuisine options that enable you or your loved one to feel better, stay active, battle and prevent illness and to live longer.

Everyday our body is confronted with stress and other factors that contribute to disease and illness. Nutrients boost our immune system.  Proteins and minerals increase our recuperation ability and improve brain functions.  Healthy fats and oils provide the fuel needed for our bodies to function properly.  When nutrients, vitamins, oils, proteins and fats are consumed in correct portions and frequency, the balance of our body moves towards an equilibrium and operates as intended.

At Eve, we believe it is better to prevent illness than to respond. By complementing our diet with foods enriched with omega-3s, healthy fats, antioxidants, protein, red wine and even small portions of chocolate we are able to slow the effects of aging. A diet developed with your age, goals and special circumstances in mind produces more energy, higher brain activity, faster recuperation abilities, feeling well and an active lifestyle.

At Eve, the right proportions of carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats that contain minerals, vitamens and nutrients will be present in each meal.

Calories

Calories are the units of measurement used to assess the energy content of food. Each individual requires a specific level of calorie consumption to assist with weight management and mantaining an active life. 

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates provide the fuel for our central nervous system, kidney, brain and heart to function properly.  Our daily servings of fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, cereal and other grains ensures that you are able to stay on track for success. 

Proteins

Every cell in our body is comprised of protein.  Meals balanced with protein-rich foods such as meats, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, tofu and milk products enables our bodies to fight off disease. 

Healthy Fats

Healthy fats found in fish oil, olives, raw nuts, wild salmon and organic flax seeds are essential in managing mental and physical health.  At Eve, we move away from saturated and trans-fats and focus on nutritional offerings that increase energy level and fight fatigue.  

Hydration 

A dedicated effort to staying hydrated is required. Dehydration can leave one with muscle weakness, dizziness, headaches and a lowered metabolism. To minimize these aliments, an aggressive hydration strategy is present in every wellness plans.
